About this Position
As a Senior Key Account Master Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of master data that supports business operations across the Latin America region. This role is central to maintaining high-quality data standards and enabling smooth end-to-end processes, directly impacting operational efficiency and decision-making for key stakeholders. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, working closely with process owners, team leads, and cross-functional partners. The role offers the opportunity to engage with regional stakeholders, drive structured prioritization and continuous improvement initiatives, and lead discussions on operational performance. What you´ll do
- Ensures timely and accurate delivery of different activities as defined in the service level agreement and performs tasks to achieve established masterdata quality, runtime, & on-time targets in Latin America region.
- Responsible for implementation of existing process or development of new structured prioritization process
- Regularly communicates with stakeholder or process owners to steer specific tasks within the workflows or align expectations on priorities
- Responsible for data gathering and data analysis for KPI reports preparation and leads regular meetings with key stakeholders to communicate critical operational topics
- Identifies opportunities for improvements and collaborates with various functional teams to perform root-cause analysis and co-create appropriate solutions. Work with responsible persons to implement approved solutions
- Works with team leads/managers and process owners to foster process improvements, optimization initiatives, and drive change management
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; other relevant courses may be considered
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in master data or supply chain in a shared service industry
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required; SAP MM (Materials Management) experience is highly preferred
- Preferably with background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma), Project Management, and in any of the following digital skills (VBA Macros, SAP scripting, Power BI)
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English; Must be a team player with good skills in time management, analysis, and attention to details
- Ability to read and speak Spanish in professional setting is highly desirable
- Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
