- 在严格遵守公司规章制度、安全/环保及质量相关体系要求的前提下，执行灌装车间的带班工作。
- 贯彻公司及车间的安全管理规定，遵循汉高质量标准，确保生产出符合要求的高质量产品。
- 依据生产计划，按照岗位职责说明和标准操作规程，带领班组完成灌装任务，并负责所在班组当班产线及区域的工作环境整洁有序。
- 营造积极向上的班组氛围，推动团队持续改进与发展。
- 支配合公司各项审核工作，并高效完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
您的主要工作内容
- 遵守公司及车间考勤制度、纪律等日常管理规定，按时组织参加交接班会、日会，参加部门周会，并根据生产计划，及时监控生产进度，确保保质保量完成当班的生产任务。
- 确保生产过程中的个人及班组成员安全、环保与环境整洁；严格遵守公司安全管理规定，杜绝不安全行为；监督个人及班组成员正确使用劳动防护用品。
- 开线前，对当班车间设备、环境和物料等生产相关进行检查，确保所有条件满足生产要求。
- 严格执行清线检查双人确认制度，对每条线每张工单清线效果做最终检查确认。
- 监督落实班组内的隐患排查制度及事故上报制度。
- 对生产过程中出现的异常情况（包括但不限于质量异常、安全隐患与事故、工艺异常、设备异常等），及时上报至主管。
- 严格执行物料平衡要求，每月对物料进行盘点并落实差异原因。
- 积极参与车间改进活动，为安全、质量、工艺等方面提出合理化建议。
- 完成上级安排的其他工作任务。
职位要求
- 学历：全日制专科及以上学历。
- 经验：具备1年以上制造业现场操作经验，有化工行业背景者优先。
- 素养：安全意识强，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。
- 技能：动手能力强，学习能力良好，并掌握基础的计算机操作知识。

Yes, please. As Henkel is an international company, you will be working with colleagues from all over the world, and English is our official company language. Generally, our recommendation is to please write the application in the same language as the job ad.
Do I get feedback during the application process about the state of my application?
