About this Position

Join our Regional Finance team and gain hands-on experience supporting financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business partnering across multiple countries in the Middle East and Africa. This internship offers exposure to regional finance operations, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic business projects while building a strong foundation for a future career in finance.

What you´ll do

  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for regional leadership.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple business units and countries.
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions.
  • Support cost tracking, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for finance and business review meetings.
  • Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Assist in improving finance processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support internal controls, compliance activities, and financial documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR on finance-related projects.
  • Participate in regional strategic initiatives and ad hoc financial analyses as required

What makes you a good fit

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas); knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Previous internship or project experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics is preferred.
