What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, change management, learning and development, or related fields, ideally within a global and matrixed organization.
- Strong strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to translate complexity into clear, compelling, and business-relevant communication.
- Demonstrated ability to build powerful narratives, engagement strategies, campaigns, events, learning journeys, or thought leadership initiatives that inspire action across diverse audiences.
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across functions, regions, and businesses in complex organizational environments.
- Strong leadership presence with the confidence to take ownership, challenge established approaches, and drive change beyond formal reporting lines.
- Creative, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented mindset with a track record of generating fresh ideas, experimenting with innovative formats, and delivering impactful solutions.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Passion for developing people, fostering collaboration, and contributing to a high-performing team culture.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from technical experts to executive leaders and customers.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
