Ao fazer parte do nosso Pipeline de Talentos de Vendas, você poderá ser considerado(a) para futuras posições em diferentes áreas e níveis da nossa organização comercial. Dependendo da oportunidade, você poderá atuar no desenvolvimento de clientes, gestão de contas, desenvolvimento de novos negócios, negociação, estratégia comercial ou outras atividades relacionadas a Vendas.

O que você fará
- Desenvolver e fortalecer relacionamentos com clientes, identificando suas necessidades e oportunidades de negócio.
- Gerenciar e desenvolver contas, contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável das vendas e para o alcance dos objetivos comerciais.
- Identificar novas oportunidades de negócio, mercados e clientes potenciais.
- Participar de negociações comerciais e apoiar o desenvolvimento e a implementação de estratégias de vendas.
- Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, tendências de mercado e atividades da concorrência para apoiar a tomada de decisões.
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipes multifuncionais, como Marketing, Finanças, Supply Chain e outras áreas, para oferecer as melhores soluções aos clientes.
- Contribuir para iniciativas que aumentem a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes e fortaleçam o crescimento do negócio.
O que faz de você um bom candidato
- Formação superior em Administração de Empresas, Marketing, Engenharia, Economia, Comércio Exterior ou áreas relacionadas.
- Experiência prévia ou forte interesse em desenvolver sua carreira na área de Vendas.
- Perfil comercial, orientação para resultados e capacidade de identificar e desenvolver oportunidades de negócio.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, negociação e construção de relacionamentos.
- Capacidade analítica e facilidade para trabalhar com indicadores de desempenho e dados comerciais.
- Capacidade para colaborar com diferentes equipes e stakeholders em um ambiente dinâmico.
- Conhecimento de Microsoft Office e familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM, sistemas de ERP ou soluções de análise de dados será considerada um diferencial.
- Conhecimento de inglês e capacidade para atuar em um ambiente internacional serão considerados diferenciais, dependendo da posição.
- Residir no Brasil ou ter interesse em futuras oportunidades na área de Vendas no país.
