Lo que harás
- Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones comerciales con clientes, identificando oportunidades para impulsar el crecimiento del negocio.
- Contribuir a la ejecución de estrategias comerciales, planes de ventas y negociaciones, dependiendo de la posición.
- Analizar resultados de ventas, desempeño de clientes, tendencias del mercado y oportunidades de crecimiento para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
- Trabajar de manera cercana con equipos como Marketing, Finanzas, Supply Chain y otras áreas para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y contribuir al crecimiento rentable y sostenible de nuestras marcas y categorías.
- Dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de desempeño y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas y del negocio.
Lo que te hace un buen candidato
- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o un campo relacionado.
- Experiencia previa o un fuerte interés en desarrollar tu carrera profesional dentro del área Comercial.
- Orientación al cliente y al logro de resultados, con sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y colaboración, con capacidad para construir relaciones efectivas con clientes y stakeholders.
- Capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno dinámico, identificar oportunidades y convertir insights en acciones comerciales.
- Dominio de Microsoft Excel y familiaridad con herramientas de análisis de datos, CRM, ERP u otras plataformas comerciales será considerada una ventaja.
- Dominio del inglés y capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno internacional.
- Residir en Colombia o tener interés en futuras oportunidades comerciales en el país.
