- Accepting to work on alternative shift D- Crew weekend schedule. (Every other Thursday 7AM to 3PM, Friday - Sunday 7PM to 7AM)
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years satisfactory experience in industrial-type electrical maintenance work or equivalent amount of technical schooling and experience. Must submit transcripts to H.R.
- Must achieve acceptable scores on Validated Assessments and successfully complete/pass recommended schooling to achieve certification.
- Successful certification and passing assessments
- Must be able to pass the fork truck and elevator-platform lifts certification test.
- Must have basic capabilities in the use of test equipment.
- Must be capable of reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Must have experience with 120V, 240V, and 440V power distribution systems as well as signal, control and communication circuits
- Must have troubleshooting knowledge of electronic control systems, servo systems and industrial/process instrumentation.
- Must have working knowledge of equipment up to 480 volts 3 phase.
- Must be able to bend and hang conduit satisfactorily.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to wear a respirator and other PPE as required.
- Must pass pulmonary function test.
- Must be able to grasp and lift 40 lbs. from floor to waist and carry up to 50 yards possibly up or down stairs throughout the shift.
- Must be able to stand and or walk 100% of the shift.
- Must be able to work lying on back, kneeling, bending, squatting and or climbing under and around machinery to check electrical wiring throughout the shift.
- Must be able to push/pull on wrenches to tighten/loosen nuts and bolts up to 500 ft. lbs of torque.
- Must be able to work overhead with wiring or conduit using ladders, lifts, etc.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job as derived from the physical demands analysis for this job.
- Must be able to color code connections on wire terminations.
The hourly pay range for this role is $37.22. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
