What we offer goes far beyond the classical classroom training. The platform to facilitate all learning is our Henkel Learning Hub. Learning: global and scalable

At Henkel, we have a very extensive training and development program portfolio. In these programs knowledge and skills are transferred that are relevant for everyone, irrespective of experience level, professional background, or location. Talent Management: The basis for your career and personal development

Our talent management process includes four steps according to globally standardized criteria:

  • Potential and Performance Assessment: Managers assess employees based on their performance and development potential.
  • Development Round Table: Managers discuss the performance evaluation and development potential of their talents.
  • Performance and Development Dialogue: Every employee receives transparent performance feedback in a confidential meeting with the supervisor. A result of this meeting is the definition of concrete development actions.

Development Actions: The individual development actions of our employees are pursued. These reach from individual coaching and specialized learning opportunities to the rotation to the next job - possibly going abroad or moving across to another business area.
