YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for Site Services. Buildings, yards, Car parks, Electrical, gas, water, supply & distribution, compressors, boiler, chillers, alarms, lighting, heating, UPS, bunds, storage tanks, HVAC, ventilation, surface & foul water drainage, Fire water & sprinkler systems, building mgmt system, environmental systems, Cleaning, security, landscaping, CCTV & site access.
- Manage facility projects to ensure that they are carried out on time, on budget and in a safe and responsible manner without adverse impact to site efficiency or the local community.
- Monitor workload and deliver agreed targets by managing Henkel employees and external contractor resources
- To take a leadership role in the introduction and development of facility strategies and management systems company-wide.
- To ensure that all necessary regulatory service, permits, permissions, registers & calibrations certificates are in place & up to date.
- Manages compliance, certification and calibrations to all related regulatory & statutory directives, acts, laws, standards & guidance’s in conjunction with our service providers.
