YOUR ROLE

  • Implement sales growth strategy and optimize real-time sales plan in VIP & TMS channel.
  • To deliver business results ensured by agile strategy, seamless operation, and efficient execution.
  • Responsibilities

  • Engage the negotiation with platform for activity landing, collaboratively define the online selling platform strategies. Manage online discount principal and make sure each platform running under control.
  • Perform ongoing analysis on operation metrics (including key item sales, traffic, conversion rate, consumer behaviors and paid media efficiency) to optimize real-time sales strategy, aiming at achieving business
  • performance and maximizing the efficiency of marketing activities.
  • Be responsible for Value Chain and set commercial KPIs, including selling, sellout, inventory, etc.
  • Work closely with both internal cross-function teams and external parties.
  • Accountabilities (Time in %)

  • Market analysis & Store operation.(40%)
  • Business performance analysis & paid media activation.(30%)
  • Value-chain management.(10%)
  • Cross-function & External parties communication. (20%)

  • Develop skill set of Key Account Management.
  • Develop agile market insights and business navigating capacities.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor above degree.
  • English at workable level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-Commerce, especially in B2B platform.
  • Can effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
