YOUR ROLE

• Provide reports and data input for external requests and questionnaires
• Collect, collate, and aggregate KPIs and Data according to agreed reporting schedules and for ad-hoc requests
• Conduct plausibility checks of external and internal data
• Provide feedback on data accuracy, completeness, and quality during calculations and circle back to data owners
• Provide feedback in regard to Henkel ESG Master Data to data owners to ensure accuracy and accessibility for ESG calculation purposes
• Test newly provided automation and visualization tools to ensure tools are fully functional, do fulfill defined requirements, and data is accurate
• Support on ad-hoc projects and duties as required by management

YOUR SKILLS

• Proficiency in PowerBI
• Expertise in Data Management and Data Validation for reporting
• Ability to translate potential new policies/disclosures into reporting needs
• Knowledge of Circular Transition Regulations, including new commitments and enhancement of data cubes
• Familiarity with sustainability reports
• Experience with basic reports for the IMF
• Preparation for audits
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized
• Interest in professional growth and development
• Keen to build and maintain distant relationships with colleagues
