YOUR ROLE

• Join the world’s largest provider of bonding, sealing and functional coating solutions and become a member of the global Strategic Marketing team of Adhesive Technologies
  
• Engage on Strategic Marketing priorities around Strategic Pricing
  
• Steer development and improvement of our pricing processes and supporting tool landscape to next level of harmonization, end to end integration and user convenience – from process evaluation to process design and optimization to implementation and documentation
  
• Drive stakeholder collaboration and change management for the area of strategic pricing by collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations
  
• Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels to drive change management and process improvements by effectively communicating changes, providing training, and supporting stakeholders throughout the transition. Address any concerns or resistance to change and ensure successful implementation
  
• Ensure pricing processes adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to establish pricing governance frameworks and controls
  
• Identify opportunities for automation and leverage technology solutions to streamline pricing processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance pricing software, tools, and systems for efficiency and effectiveness

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in business administration, finance, business informatics, or a related field
  
• Ideally 3-5 years of proven experience in business process management, preferably in commercial operations, pricing or revenue management and familiarity with pricing and commercial processes and methodologies
  
• Intrinsic motivation to continuously challenge status quo while considering which changes and improvements create relevant benefits and impact
  
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  
• Experience in process mapping and documentation tools are beneficial
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop effective solutions
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
  
• Change management skills to drive process adoption and manage resistance to change
  
• Ability to see complex topics as a positive challenge and to have fun while driving for excellent results
