About this position

Taking direct accountability for Controlling of Laundry & Home Care Italy ensuring data integrity, transparency of business performance & commercial control as well as providing strong financial decision support and analysis.

What you´ll do

  • Manages/Coordinates financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and analysis reports
  • Tracks KPIs and provides in-depth analysis, gives suggestion for the areas to be improved
  • Drives and supports the business by assisting business leaders to take best informed decisions
  • Communicates and presents pro-actively controlling topics to General Managers and other business contacts
  • Provides independent and objective information to ensure a systematic control as well as a strict monitoring of planned objectives
  • Takes care of compliance and governance ensuring the correct application of internal and external guidelines in terms of Financial Reporting
  • Spreads financial controlling knowledge and consciousness across the company
  • Drives continuous improvement in controlling relevant concepts, processes and tools 

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics & Engineering Department
  • 4-5 years of experience in a related position
  • Fluent in oral and written communication in English Advanced
  • User of MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Accounting and financial knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to develop and maintain effective business partnerships with all levels of management
  • Team worker, problem solver and initiative taker, with aptitude in identifying opportunities and anticipating changes
  • Analytical, critical and systematic thinking
  • Willingness to relocate abroad to pursue new professional experiences
