About this Position

 

What you´ll do

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of Microsoft Power BI solutions for the Group Controlling organization, ensuring high-quality, scalable analytics
  • Establish a Power BI Center of Excellence, driving best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across BI projects
  • Manage and inspire a team of developers, while coordinating cross-functional workstreams to deliver impactful business intelligence solutions
  • Champion BI adoption within Finance, shaping strategic priorities and contributing to our digital transformation roadmap
  • Collaborate with international, cross-divisional teams to define and implement innovative, group-wide standards for data and reporting

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or BI & Analytics
  • Proven experience in controlling and implementing BI tools; consulting experience (3–5 years) is a strong plus
  • Deep expertise in Power BI, including Power BI Desktop, DAX, SQL, report design (UX/UI), Power Query, Dataflows, and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, combined with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Highly motivated and proactive team player with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
