About this position

What you´ll do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial performance, steering, and strategic decision-making
  • Prepare high-quality financial reporting & analysis for senior leadership
  • Lead in-depth analysis to proactively steer results and support fact-based decisions
  • Drive strategic projects within Group Financial Controlling to further develop the Controlling Function
  • Identify areas of financial risks and opportunites from group controlling perspective
  • Implement measures for controlling process optimization globally  
  • Act as an interface to other Corporate Functions ensuring alignment across areas
  • Scan Henkel’s market and competitive landscape to support strategic planning
  • Lead cross-functional projects and teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or Business Information Systems
  • 8–10+ years of professional experience in financial controlling, ideally with exposure to senior management
  • Profound knowledge of controlling and accounting processes, including forecasting and performance management
  • Proven experience with mass data analysis and corresponding analytics and advanced skills in data visualization
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented thinking with a proactive business partner mindset
  • Proven leadership abilities, project management skills, and ability to work in cross-functional, international teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting at C-suite level
  • Fluent English and German language skills
