- College degree or above in related fields such as Chemical Machinery, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment management or maintenance.
- Basic knowledge and operational capability in equipment maintenance: Familiar with common production equipment in chemical plants; proficient in using multimeters and common repair tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and welding machines; able to operate auxiliary equipment for maintenance in compliance with standards.
- Capable of independently dismantling, repairing, and replacing parts for routine faults; understanding of relay control circuits and basic PLC program logic.
- Ability to handle technical documentation and data: Competent in completing equipment operation records, maintenance logs, and fault handling reports in a standardized manner.
- Strong safety awareness; familiar with Basic Specifications for Safety Production Standardization in Chemical Enterprises (AQ/T 3013) and safety operation procedures for chemical plant equipment.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to equipment failures and coordinate internal and external resources for resolution.
