About this Position

  • We are looking for an experienced Lab Supervisor to take full ownership of our quality laboratory operations. In this role, you will develop and implement laboratory work plans, optimize testing processes, and enhance efficiency to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant results for product and raw material testing. You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and Quality Control departments to ensure seamless integration and compliance with national cosmetic safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. 

What you´ll do

  • Ensure strict compliance with cosmetic regulations, GMP standards, and company policies.
  • Design and continuously improve testing management systems for raw materials, packaging, semi-finished, and finished products in line with technical specifications and corporate standards.
  • Establish robust laboratory management protocols, including equipment calibration, reagent control, and validity management, to guarantee reliable test results.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and traceable inspection records, ensuring authenticity and compliance.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for abnormal test results; collaborate with suppliers and production teams to implement improvement measures.
  • Supervise production quality, review investigation reports, and approve rework plans.
  • Participate in change control evaluations and validation activities related to production and products.
  • Deliver quality training programs for internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

What makes you a good fit

  • Education: Associate degree or above in Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in laboratory testing or management, with proven team leadership experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cosmetic physical and chemical testing, packaging and finished product inspection, and microbiological methods; skilled in laboratory instrument operation and maintenance; capable of drafting SOPs and solving technical issues independently.
  • Leadership: Excellent team management and cross-functional coordination skills; highly responsible and resilient under pressure.
  • Documentation: Proficient in preparing test reports, audit documents, and using MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Certifications: ISO9001 and ISO22716 Internal Auditor certifications preferred.
