What you’ll do
- Create content for Henkel's social media channels (@henkeltalent on Instagram; @henkel on TikTok) to showcase our culture, people, and career opportunities
- Support the launch and ongoing activation of Henkel's student ambassador program
- Conduct research on competitors and industry best practices to identify trends in early-career marketing and translate insights into strategic recommendations for talent attraction
- Assist with university recruitment planning for Fall 2026, including campus strategy, event support, and other employer branding projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources teams on projects that elevate Henkel's brand and employee-centric experiences
What makes you a good fit
- Rising senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
- Hands-on experience creating social media and video content for a company, personal brand, student organization or campus club
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (with ability to create clear, visually compelling presentations)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement with students and early-career audiences

- This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.
- Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
