About this Position
In this position, you support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, proper FIFO/FEFO application, and continuous process improvements to boost efficiency. You analyze stock movements, coordinate with operations teams, prepare performance reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
What you´ll do
- Support inventory counting processes, including cycle counts and annual stock counts, to ensure inventory accuracy
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO principles are correctly applied across warehouse operations
- Analyze stock movements and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to ensure proper product placement and optimal space utilization
- Support warehouse process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and warehouse standards and procedures
- Prepare regular reports and provide performance feedback to the Warehouse Manager
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of SAP (required)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong team player with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and analytical skills
