En Henkel buscamos un/a Practicante de Marketing Adhesives para integrarse a nuestro equipo en Guatemala. Esta posición forma parte de nuestro programa STEP y está orientada a estudiantes que deseen desarrollar experiencia en marketing, trade marketing y gestión administrativa en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.
Tendrás la oportunidad de involucrarte en campañas, eventos y procesos clave del área, apoyando activamente las operaciones del equipo.
¿Qué harás?
- Recepción y gestión de facturas de proveedores
- Solicitud y seguimiento de cotizaciones
- Apoyo en la organización y ejecución de eventos (coordinación, impresión de materiales, confirmación de asistentes, entre otros)
- Administración y control de material POP
- Apoyo en campañas de lanzamiento de productos
- Manejo y actualización de bases de datos y reportes en Excel
- Soporte en iniciativas de fidelización (programas de capacitación para profesionales del rubro construcción)
- Coordinación con equipos de Marketing, Ventas y Compras
- El rol requiere alta disponibilidad y compromiso, especialmente durante períodos de alta demanda comercial, participando activamente en múltiples iniciativas del equipo.

- Estudiante de Marketing, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines (3° o 4° año)
- Manejo de Excel y PowerPoint
- Nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado (lectura, comprensión y participación en reuniones)

- Pensamiento analítico
- Proactividad y flexibilidad
