What makes you a good fit
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with direct customer sales exposure
- Proven experience working directly with customers and/or sales teams in a commercial environment
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced financial acumen, including ability to interpret P&L and margin drivers
- Experience working with POS data and analytics tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen/AC Nielsen) and ability to independently pull and analyze reporting
- High level of system savviness, including working with internal reporting tools, databases, and data platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (presentation development)
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations that influence stakeholders and support business strategies
- Demonstrated ability to assess risk, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple competing demands
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed environment with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills with a positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a results-driven work ethic

The salary range for this role is $135,000.00 and $165,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
