What you´ll do
• Own and maintain the plant Automation and Process Control Roadmap aligned with business, safety, and sustainability objectives.
• Define, implement, and optimize control strategies including loops, sequences, recipes, interlocks, and permissives.
• Ensure automation systems support process safety as independent protection layers.
• Support productivity and variability reduction through standardized and advanced control solutions.
• Own energy and utilities automation, including metering and monitoring architecture.
• Act as discipline authority for automation and control within capital projects.
• Ensure all automation changes comply with Management of Change (MOC) requirements.
• Define and maintain automation, control, alarm management, and HMI standards.

What makes you a good fit
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Control, or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation and process control in an industrial or chemical environment
• Hands-on experience with PLC systems
• Strong knowledge of process safety principles related to automation
• Experience supporting capital projects and system commissioning
