What you´ll do
- Define technical standards for hygienic engineering for both processing and filling of laundry, home care, and beauty products
- Continuously improve technical process engineering standards towards hygienic design
- Own and subscribe to the "technical hygiene" chapter of HCB's global hygiene standard
- Design appropriate technical standards to implement GMP requirements where applicable
- Develop standards relevant to designing hygienic manufacturing processes
- Own the definition of "hygiene design and engineering" in investment projects
- Support global hygiene auditing at focus sites, collaborating with Henkel's hygiene expert community
- Experience gained from associated industry (food, FMCG, upstream material manufacturing)
What makes you a good fit
- Master's or PhD degree in engineering (process, chemical, mechanical, or associated)
- 10 years of proven success and experience in a respective role
- Background preferably in manufacturing, site engineering, or R&D process development
- Proven competencies in both hygienic engineering and GMP
- Basic chemical understanding of respective formulae, processing and raw materials
- Strong understanding of Cleaning & Desinfection in chemical manufacturing industry (batch, conti)
- Excellent communication skills and proven intercultural competence as well as English skills
- Role would involve 30-40% traveling to HCB facilities
Possible areas of application for this role are: Amsterdam, Duesseldorf, Vienna.
