What you´ll do 

  • Assist the Corporate Communication Manager in the daily work
  • Plan & manage internal and external communication
  • Craft newsletters and announcements
  • Oversee the creation of multimedia content such as videos, reports, brochures, and campaign
  • Stakeholder management: monitor and address stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment with company values.
  • Organize and promote corporate events
  • Creating presentations, reports & analysis
  • Administrative tasks and other ad hoc tasks

What makes you a good fit

  • Genuine interest in the field of communication
  • Availability to work 25–30 hours per week in Budapest (flexible schedule)
  • Ongoing university studies with at least one more active year (preferably in Marketing or Communications)
  • Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical thinking
  • Fluent in both English and Hungarian, spoken and written
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent time management
  • Flexible, self-driven, and motivated personality
  • Precise, well-organized, communicative, and creative mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you're a true team player
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
