What you´ll do
- Organization of process & control documentation workshops
- Document CSRD reporting processes & controls in BPMN 2.0 within Signavio in workshop format
- Independent preparation and follow-up of documentation workshops
- Finalize and validate documentation deliverables, ensuring accuracy and readiness for internal/external audits.
- Act as the liaison between GBS+, Corporate Sustainability, and business teams to align on process improvements
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Project Management, Sustainability, or related field.
- 2+ years of overall work experience ideally in process documentation, compliance, or ESG reporting.
- First experience or internships in consulting or audit (desirable but not required)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management to align cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail for process mapping and gap analysis.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict regulatory deadlines.

Minimum salary: 1800 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
