About this Position

This position is accountable for customer interaction activities (inbound and outbound) and involves close collaboration with internal partners to assess and align priorities, ensuring they meet customer needs in relation to supply chain capabilities. 

What you´ll do

  • Handle customer inquiry of stock, schedule, and price 
  • Order entry in SAP from B2B local customers (eShop/customer portal/email/chat) including credit check and ATP check 
    Manage back order (Open Order)
  • Expedite process to ensure that each provides timely and accurate information to the field and the production plant to meet customer requested date
  • Create and monitor delivery note
  • Handle incorrect delivery and customer’s delivery claim trouble shooting
  • Monitor invoices for sales recognition and create invoice list for tax invoice uploading
  • Upload the tax invoice to eBilling service provider

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in multinational companies is preferred
  • Experience in Customer Service, SAP, and/or Service Cloud is preferred 
  • Proficient in English and Native in Korean are required
  • Good command of MS Office is required
