What you´ll do
- Conducting quarterly Henkel competitors analysis
- Preparing Share Price Development report
- Collaborating on Henkel's monthly results presentations for Management Board Meeting
- Updating monthly Re-valuation report for Henkel Global Supply Chain
- Providing macroeconomic update of Planning Assumptions
- Supporting on-demand requests and ad-hoc financial reports
- Driving process change and take part on new improvement projects
- Your daily operations will include:
- Partnering with Group Planning and Reporting team at Headquarters
- Developing and optimizing financial reports, both standard and ad-hoc
- Helping transform reporting processes from MS Excel to modern tools like Power BI
- Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What makes you a good fit
- Major in finance/accounting, or min. 2 years experience in controlling/reporting/finance
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas)
- BI Tools, VBA and AI is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail
- Communication and interpersonal skills – customer service approach with ability to interact with contacts at all levels.

Minimum salary: 2000 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
